Our pond is nearly finished, it just needs a little touch up and more water. Daisy is going to love it!

The building has finally begun! So far, the foundation is in; the waterproofing is done; and, now, I’m placing stone on the drain tile. I have included pictures from the excavation to stoning the tile.

Foundation building will begin late this week or early next week. I met with the concrete contractor this morning who is ready to go!

Now let the building begin!!

We will be closing next week on Tuesday! Can you believe it? I know I’m having a hard time doing just that.

Got the call from the loan guy who told me that we are clear to close! About F**king time!

Debbie and I went to the Township meeting last night, and, after a passionate plea from me, they denied us muni water. Here comes the well!

We have the electric marked out from AEP and Lake Township is considering a hydrant extension so we may, and that is a big MAY, have muni-water. Keep your fingers crossed.

John called to say that there is a planning board meeting this Monday to extend the hydrant in front of our property. Not looking too bad, now!

Electric has been marked & will cost us less than budgeted. How cool is that?!
